Pokémon Hearts features no ocean to speak of, so it wouldn't make much sense if one were to see Shellos in its traditional East Sea and West Sea forms. The re-imagined Fresh Water form is native to lakes and sandy beaches.
Castform is now able to Forecast a Sandstorm and adapt accordingly, becoming pure Rock-type.
When Rotom possesses a radio, it becomes Wave Rotom, an Electric-and-Psychic type that learns the move Extrasensory. Combine it with the tried and true Thunder Wave to make up for its average power.
